Your Role and Responsibilities
At the crossroads of Sustainability, Finance and Technology, we are looking for ambitious, sustainability oriented, technology proficient team players to join our growing team in our offices in Thessaloniki. As Sustainability Technology Senior Consultant you will:
• Join a dynamic team, passionate about helping our clients' sustainability and finance organization
• Work in a collaborative team environment to analyze issues and address client challenges
• Will be trained and coached in order to develop your skills, knowledge and management capabilities
• Develop specialized technology implementation expertise and build a reputation as a business advisor
• Contribute to firm initiatives by supporting the development of proposals, thought leadership, market facing initiatives and recruitment
You will drive our client’s operations to the next level through:
• Defining the systems strategy for the selection of new corporate reporting software
• Implementing new sustainability software (focused on Workiva) and processes
• Improving the corporate sustainability and finance performance management and reporting cycles
• Executing double materiality and CSRD readiness assessments using Workiva or other ESG technology
• Operating in the sustainability consolidation and reporting department of our clients

What are the must have’s to excel in this role?
• University degree in economics, computer science, engineering, or a technically oriented field or equally by experience
• 3-5 years of applied working experience with at least 3 years in sustainability or in technology
• Knowledge of software deployment/implementations
• Team player that can also work independently
• Hands-on person, result-oriented and quality-driven and you have outstanding analytical skills
• Good social and communication skills, with an agile mindset to adapt quickly to a new environment
• Professional proficiency in English
What are the nice to have’s to get even faster up to speed in this role
• Consulting experience in advising clients in ESG transformation projects, focused on CSRD & EU Taxonomy
• Prior projects within Workiva as corporate reporting system
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data analytics projects
• Professional proficiency in French or Dutch
