The Senior Manager PKI Services Engineer is responsible for the development and management of technologies for the Digital Credential Services (DCS) area. The DCS Engineer role is a hands-on infrastructure, application and service support role and the candidate will work directly on the service technologies including Public Key Infrastructure, software applications and related technologies. You will work on enhancements, continuous improvements, and guide the work activities of other technical resources. The responsibilities include oversight and management of contingent workers, requirements gathering and definition, technical design and specification, development, testing, implementation support and break / fix of the technical services. You will interpret internal/external business challenges and best practices to recommend improvements to products, processes or services. You will develop new solutions and maintain the existing technology to engineer world class global Digital Credential Services. In this role, with and through others, you will create an environment where innovation is the standard.
What You Will Achieve
You will help Pfizer safeguard its robust information technology systems. You will evaluate, develop and maintain information security policies, procedures and systems. You will play an important role in ensuring that information security architecture/designs, controls, processes, standards, policies and procedures are aligned with information security standards and overall information security.
As a Senior Manager, your advanced knowledge of the principles and concepts in the PKI discipline and comprehensive knowledge of other disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the division. Your ability to develop and manage plans will facilitate in achieving objectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices for improvements. While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.

How You Will Achieve It
Manage Public Key Infrastructure related services including multi node PKI and numerous certificate related services.
Develop and deploy solutions to ensure services are performing according to specifications, meet defined procedures, and comply with applicable information security policies and requirements.
Operate independently in ambiguous situations within sub unit/sub operations groups to deliver its objectives.
Integrate applications and third-party products into internal services and support and upgrade implemented systems.
Anticipate potential objections and influence others to enable positive outcomes for the Corporation.
Lead operational / technical team(s) within and across business lines.
Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve Pfizer processes and end user experiences.
Collaborate with the Service Manager, Leadership, and customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain service patterns used for application integration.
Manage technical work activities of contingent worker resources to support enhancements and continuous improvements to services.
Support 24x7 oversight of Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
Manage Incident and Problem Management activities based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) guidelines.
Become a resource for others to support the growth of the organization.
OTHER JOB DETAILS
Tampa Hybrid will be considered. Defined as number of days per week working in the Tampa office and number of days per week working from home in the Greater Tampa area.
