Remote Customer Support Agent
Candidate Profile

•    University degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Physics or Computer Science
•    Professional experience in similar Customer Care position
•    Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
•    Experience in ERP systems (NAV, BC, AX or similar) and business digitalization
•    Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
•    Ability to explain complex technical & process information on user level as well as ability to present and discuss information on management level
•    Highly organized and detail oriented.

Job Description

•   In collaboration with senior international business consultants
•   Analyzing specific customer processes, proposing improvements, suggesting solutions best for the business of the customer
•   Providing customer view and feedback to product departments
•   Responsible for first and second level support for customers
•   Provides user assistance to software users for customers
•   Supports all activities related to user support services including receiving, researching, and resolving end-user request
