Personal Assistant

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading company in its industry, a dynamic professional to cover the following position based in Northern Attica:
                             
Job Description
•Acts as a point of contact of the Director and the internal / external stakeholders
•Filters and routes phone calls and distributes mail
•Properly handles requests and queries
•Manages calendars, schedules meetings and organizes travel and events arrangements
•Designs and maintains office filing system
•Creates reports and corporate presentations
Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Studies/Marketing /Communications
•Three (3) to six (6) years of working experience as Personal Assistant to a Manager or Director of well-known medium-large size company 
•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language 
•Proficiency in Ms Office
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
•Excellent communication skills
•A positive thinker with a “can do” attitude managing efficiently critical situations
•Discretion, politeness, confidentiality
