Marketing Coordinator
(Athens)
 
Job Description
•    Coordination of marketing/social media campaigns (scheduling/briefing/administration/monitoring/reporting)
•    Banner and AdWords campaigns (briefing/uploading/downloading/monitoring)
•    Briefing to media/creative agencies
•    Affiliate program admin management
•    Coordination of payments/invoicing of partners
•    Monitoring Google analytics (spot threats & opportunities)
•    Liaise with graphic designers, systems department and 3rd party vendors to develop content of interest to affiliates/online partners
•    Constant monitoring of company’s advertising presence on online media in order to safeguard image and performance of the brand
•    Coordination with local marketing managers
Candidate Profile
•    University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
•    1-2 years of experience in a similar position (in a marketing/advertising firm preferably)
•    Theoretical knowledge of Digital Marketing
•    Excellent PC skills (MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal) and any additional language is an asset
•    Basic knowledge on Google Analytics/AdWords tool
•    Basic knowledge of HTML
