Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well known FMCG company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
IT Helpdesk Support 
Job Description
• Records all relevant details for incidents and service requests,
allocates categorization and priority codes.
• Oversees incident and services request management (resolution of end-to-end tickets).
• Executes routine or ad-hoc support tasks (network, hardware, software,
IT inventory, orders, off-site IT support, etc.).
Candidate Profile
• BSc in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related field 
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar position, ideally in a multinational company
• Fluency in English written & verbal
• Very good knowledge of O365 suites and applications, cloud services,
  Apple OS/iOS, networks, new consumer technologies, and smartphones.
• Flexibility to travel for business and occasional event support.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and a team player.
