HR Manager

HR Manager
Job Description
• Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
• Ongoing review and improvement of the company’s occupational health, employee programmes, staff benefits and packages in liaison with Global HR Head.
• Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
• Represent HR department to internal/external audits
• Stay current on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
• Work with legal department as needed to address HR-related legal issues
• Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
• Implement programs to ensure a fair and inclusive workplace
• Implement a continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement and welfare/CSR activities, maximizing productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers and building leadership capability.
• Member of the Company Social Committee
• Develop on annual basis and efficiently manage the HR budget effectively, allocating resources to key initiatives and programs.
• Determine relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes.
• Analyse and review HR metrics to identify trends, so that key issues and resources are adjusted accordingly.
Candidate Profile
• BSc/BA in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
• Fluent level of English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience as an HR leader
• A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor law, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations
• Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR-related technology (ERGANI)
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
