Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational company within the consumer electronics industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

 
Job Description
• Strategic development of Own Retail across Greece, be the Change agent on the way to creating state-of the art Own Retail in Greece and Cyprus
• Deliver best brand and consumer experience, be the brand ambassador
• Develop and implement Direct Sales strategies and directions aligned with Corporate Strategy and Goals
• Lead continuous improvement (standards, processes etc.) on a regularly basis, implement trends and best practices in direct sales
• Identify sales opportunities and provide regular input to Management including monitor performance and KPIs
• Work closely with the Marketing Team and share market insights
• Support event activities to maximize the outputs from consumer and retailer events
• Drive implementation and maintenance of excellent operational standards in stores
• Budget responsibility (input, follow up and correction to deliver targets)
• Organizational development and leading teams inline with company’s leading principles, set up sales talent pipeline
• Conduct regular on-site visits to company’s Experience Centers, Points and Stores to ensure alignment with Corporate
• Strategy and Goals across Greece and Cyprus
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with sales executives and help them meet sales targets
• Participate in international company projects
 
Candidate Profile
• 5+ years business experience in direct sales with a leading premium brand company
• University degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or a similar field
• Experience as a Direct Sales Manager is considered a plus
• High business acumen & commercial, consumer-first mindset
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills with entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player who amplifies and empowers team and colleagues and have an impact on them, helping skill up others
• Strong ability to collaborate and influence across cluster with different levels and
• departments, internally and externally
• Performance / results driven attitude, open to change and act as advocate for the ‘new’, creative and collaborative mindset
• Well organized, agile and flexible in combining work & travel duties
