Job Description

•    Handles incoming phone calls, and emails from customers.
•    Responds to customer inquiries and provides accurate and timely resolutions to their concerns via phone, email, or chat.
•    Stays up-to-date with product updates and new features to effectively support customers.
•    Maintains a high level of product knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolves customer issues.
Candidate Profile

•    1 year of professional experience in Customer Service will be considered as an asset.
•    Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
•    Ability to work on rotation shifts. 
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
