Customer Requests Handling Agents
Job description

•  Receives, verifies, and handles customer requests concerning products and services
•  Provides information to the customers regarding the progress status of their requests, 
      liaising with the competent Business Units where necessary.
•  Identifies issues that have triggered customer requests and escalates them to the 
      relevant Business Units. 
•  Produces reports on customer requests and their addressing for monitoring purposes. 
•  Supports the framework of Customer Service operations for visually impaired customers.
Candidate Profile

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Studies, Economics or related fields.
•  Masters' degree in related field (preferred).
•  3+ years of experience in Call Centers / Customer Service, ideally in the banking sector
•  Time-management, Customer orientation, Communications skills
•  Gook knowledge of English
•  Familiarity with systems
