Contact Center Agent

Adecco, on behalf of its client, is looking for 1 person to staff the following position:
Contact Center Agent ( 6 months contract )
Job description
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in a timely and friendly manner
• Manage the incoming chat and the emails
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, provide solutions and manage complaints
Candidate Profile
• University degree
• Excellent knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
• PC Literate (MS Office, CRM Systems)
• Previous experience in an insurance industry or customer support role
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Flexibility in performing additional tasks where needed
