Commercial Manager

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a Manufacturing Company with international presence, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
 
Commercial Manager 

JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Defines the strategic objectives of the subsidiary and has overall responsibility for achieving those objectives
•    Taking part in designing the action plan  for sales and marketing and be responsible for the implementation
•    Coordinates the communications between sales, marketing, logistics, financial, technical support, and HR functions
•    Evaluates performance against objectives and processes improvements
•    Guarantees the company’s compliance to government’s laws and regulations.
•    Establishes an effective organizational structure for the operations of company
•    Develops all the daily management policies and procedures in order to comply with HQs standards & policies
•    Ensures that all stakeholders are fully informed about the status of the company, the functions as well as all the major factors that affect them
•    Ensures a safe working environment 
•    Responsible for selecting, leading and developing the team such as, (leading, coaching and monitoring performance and evaluation)
•    Inspires and motivates the employees under his supervision
•    Organizes activities to achieve both corporate and personal development goals
CANDIDATE PROFILE
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related discipline
•    Master’s degree or MBA will be an asset
•    At least seven years of experience in upper-level management, coordination of different departments within a company
•    International experience or working within a multinational working environment
•    People-oriented leadership, strategy planning and sales background
•    Excellent negotiation and risk management skills
•    Cultural awareness, creativity, organization with managerial capabilities 
•    Cooperative with team spirit
•    Flexible person who motivates and influences rather that directive style
•    Social and capable of building relationships within the company, as well as with the customers
•    Proven track record of delivering success through teamwork
•    Ability to think analytically
•    Ability to work under pressure
