Chat Support Representative
 
Job Description

• Managing incoming customer messages via live chat.
• Providing immediate responses to customer inquiries by giving targeted answers.
• Addressing customer questions while providing the highest quality of service.
Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer service positions via chat/email is considered an additional qualification.
• Familiarity with computer usage.
• Comfortable with Greek and English language usage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts.
