Business ICT Consultant
(Thessaloniki)

Job Description
•    Develop new business opportunities with prospect customers by introducing Vodafone’s Business Computing, Data, Electronic Invoicing and Cloud Services on customer sites
•    Perform daily existing customer visits, enquire with customer IT decision makers and analyse customer business requirements to recommend products and services that maximize value (Business Online, M365, Epsilon Smart)
•    Understand different customer profiles and demonstrate ability to match appropriate digital business solutions to fit their needs
•    Monitor results and provide monthly reports to the respective Business District Manager in order to increase efficiency in achieving qualitative and quantitative targets
•    Associate with Business Advisors and other commercial teams to identify and grow opportunities that lead our customers to digital transformation

Candidate Profile
•    Degree from Technical Educational Institution or equivalent
•    Proven experience gained within a business sales channel (previous B2B selling experience or B2B experience within Vodafone shops)
•    Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Team-player, enthusiastic and passionate with a strong customer orientation
•    Passion for continuous learning of new technologies and stay current with latest Cloud services & solutions
•    Ability to understand the customer’s IT operation model and propose the benefits of Smartworking and Digital Marketing & E-commerce
•    Driving license
