I received a call from secretary firm. She said that she will sent a contact email for interview details. She didn't send anything. I called a couple of hours before interview so as to confirm. Secretary confirms it. I tried to reach in headquarters. Needless to say that location is in hardcore area with Roma that put at risk both yourself and your car. I was on time. Secretary was told me that I have interview with owner. Owner call me a half hour later. I was ready to leave. It goes without saying that they didn't ready my CV. At the same time in the room was his chief advisor that he tried to discriinate against me. More specifically he asked me about my address, my parents and my siblings business activity, in this point I expressed my dissapointment. A few assessment in my CV. He asked me if I have car. Finally he said that offers a basic salary with company car. Finally my CV was above the common basis with bachelor, international certifications, foreign languages etc. All in all it is firm that want only workers for the production line without career expectations. A truly disappointment.
