•Bad management and corporate culture, salaries way below market.
•Long working hours (overtime) without being paid.
•Sometimes the Team Leaders are shouting without serious reason and shows disrespect to the TAC team.
•There is no career path and after some years when you reach a certain level you can not go further.
•There is no shame in saying no to a client when there are not enough resources.
•Since you push people to work hard due to strict project deadlines, consider offering a bonus as a reward if project is successful and in budget.
•Missing HR department, missing hierarchy.
•Your asset is your people, you have show them respect and to create a more Work-Life balance culture.
