We are looking for a talented and accomplished German Customer Advisor to join our team.

 

As a German Customer Advisor in the technical support of Deutsche Telekom, your daily responsibilities will include:

 

  • Securing customers loyalty though excellent customer support via telephone
  • Providing high-quality service while following the processes
  • Daily review of target achievement
  • Efficient and effective processing of all requests
  • Ensuring that all compliance are taking under consideration, recorded and dealt with efficiency
  • Additional and appropriate product and service recommendation depending on client needs
  • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and monitoring their compliance with regard to execution, trading and competition
  • Building a relationship with colleagues
  • Takes responsibility for personal development and performance enhancement
  • Creation and editing of tickets in compliance, following the processes
  • Technical support by error analysis and correction via diagnostic based performance
  • Technical support by customer support in setting up devices
  • Technical support by troubleshooting technical issues
  • Scheduling and commissioning appointments with technicians
  • Forward customer concerns to appropriate competency levels
  • Return deliveries of devices
  • Contract changes by selling upgrades for better connections
  • Advertisement & sales of devices (upgrades)
  • Advertisement & sales of streaming services

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

 

  • Native or proficient German (mandatory)
  • A2-B2 level of English (desirable)
  • Very good listening and written/oral communication skills 
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Above-average technical/troubleshooting skills
  • A motivated and committed personality

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn

  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Athens and work from our modern facilities in the heart of the city 

 

Education and experience

  • Preferable college degree or related work experience
  • Degree in the commercial sector would be a plus
  • Previous experience in customer services desirable
  • Computer literate and/or sales profile related to software and hardware
