KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  WHAT YOU BRING IN
  • Assist Sales Management with analytical requirements; design anddeliver reporting and produce analysis to meet those requirements.
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast consolidationand analysis.
  • Ensure alignment to internal processes and train Sales users onhow to mirror the business in the system.
  • Generate weekly metric reports & provide analysis for RegionalDirectors and Finance Director.
  • Consolidate regional reports and analytics.
  • Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regularupdates to quotas, headcount and sales plan.
  • Develop comprehensive pipeline reporting tools.
  • Verify Salesforce updates – ensure allinformation are updated and available to all users.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations,Business Operations or Finance.
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities andassess & adjust quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM applications;Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Strength in researching, understanding andsuccinctly explaining complex business issues and analyzing business impacts.
  • Self-starter with excellent time managementand project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English and locallanguage (verbal & written).
