KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WHAT YOU BRING IN Assist Sales Management with analytical requirements; design anddeliver reporting and produce analysis to meet those requirements. Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast consolidationand analysis. Ensure alignment to internal processes and train Sales users onhow to mirror the business in the system. Generate weekly metric reports & provide analysis for RegionalDirectors and Finance Director. Consolidate regional reports and analytics. Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regularupdates to quotas, headcount and sales plan. Develop comprehensive pipeline reporting tools. Verify Salesforce updates – ensure allinformation are updated and available to all users. 2-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations,Business Operations or Finance. Superior analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities andassess & adjust quickly to changing priorities. Experience using CRM applications;Salesforce.com preferred. Strength in researching, understanding andsuccinctly explaining complex business issues and analyzing business impacts. Self-starter with excellent time managementand project management skills. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English and locallanguage (verbal & written). ABOUT US
