The company is an established Game Tech company, committed to deliver the best sports betting and gaming experience to an ever-expanding customer base.ResponsibilitiesAssist our customer base via live chat, telephone, email and social mediaRespond promptly to customer inquiriesHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutionsDirect unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolutionRecord inquiries, comments and complaintsEnhance customer experience through feedback you give to Product teams

Requirements

Native / near-native level of Portuguese and GreekHigh School/ Degree from an accredited UniversityPrior experience in a similar role or in a call center will be considered a plusComputer skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work on shift rotationRelocation to Athens
