WORK YOU’LL DO

The CIO organization is responsible for maintaining Accenture’s information technology (IT) infrastructure and implementing our internal IT strategy. We provide a range of IT services across the company, including design and development of IT products and services, help desk support, network management and maintenance, workstation support, telecommunications and more. The Technology Support Analyst has responsibility for resolving the day-to-day technology services requested by CIO Projects. We are looking for a technical support person, for our office based in Athens. Our team deals with day to day support issues i.e. scheduling upgrades, troubleshooting for hardware and software issues i.e. Windows 11, MS Office and email. Part of the responsibilities will include ensuring procedures are being followed for new joiners and leavers employees per company’s policies.

Responsibilities:

  • L1, L1.5 End user technical support

  • Help Desk Ticketing management and coordination with L2 and L3 teams

  • Employee enablement (PC Imaging, Mobiles)

  • Workstation & Network troubleshooting and support

  • Technology Asset Management

  • Meeting Room Technology Support (VDC, Audio, Video)
