ROLE SUMMARY

  • Main purpose of the position is to ensure that all CDI operational activities are aligned with Pfizer legal, compliance and regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • This role is the legal and compliance “gate keeper” for the CDI due to the complexity of local procedures and variety of activities.
  • ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the creation of contracts and Statements of Works with external partners and collecting feedback from legal, compliance and other stakeholders as required.
  • Responsible for developing standardized contracting templates, processes, and frameworks in collaboration with Legal.
  • Ensuring projects’ compliance with Pfizer’s internal policies and managing processes for getting relevant approvals (e.g., for , , etc.)
  • Point of contact for CDI LT team to ensure the implementation of all related activities according to MAPP.
  • Implementing corporate requirements for the tracking of HCP (Health Care Professionals) / GOs (Government Officials) related activities in appropriate systems (Ariba, MAPP transactions etc.).
  • Responsible for communication with the relevant agencies, collaborate with Procurement to obtain information for bids, creation of Purchase Orders, following up on the approval process, in close collaboration with the Corporate Compliance Lead.
  • Coordinating and responding to audit requests related to the specific matters.
  • Responsible for the creation of project charters.
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Good knowledge of contracts handling
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and proactive collaborator
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant experience in pharma industry will be considered an asset
  • Understanding of financials will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP systems will be considered an asset
