The Center for Digital Innovation (CDI) at Pfizer Thessaloniki develops transformative digital solutions to drive breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.

    The CDI Associate – Operations coordinator will work with the operations team of CDI supporting the operations of the center as well as the implementation of activities designed for CDI colleagues.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support scheduling and technical arrangements for events, workshops meetings, and other activities in execution of the engagement plan for the CDI colleagues
  • Support in the preparation of material related to the above activities, ie preparing lists, assisting in the preparation and dissemination of announcements, presentations, invitations and follow ups, etc
  • Support the team in gathering feedback and organizing polls to identify areas of focus and measure progress against goals
  • Make use of the company’s tools (ie. Outlook, teams, yammer, msforms, website etc).
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Assist the operations team to effectively craft proper messaging, to support initiatives and align with business goals and engagement strategy
  • Provide other ad hoc support in projects related to the CDI and to colleagues
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or other relevant domain
  • Power use of Ms Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Nice to have: PhotoShop, Illustrator, video editing
  • Skills
